Trip Types

Salmon

Limit: 2 King Salmon per person
When the King Salmon (Chinook) are running, we go all in. These hard-fighting fish weigh 5–50 lbs and are most active in the summer, with the biggest often caught after Labor Day. We troll offshore and along the Marin coast to find the schools, departing early for the best bite. This is one of the most exciting deep sea fishing experiences in San Francisco.

Halibut & Striped Bass

Limits: Halibut – 3, Striped Bass – 2 per person
These inshore fishing trips offer steady action in calm waters—perfect for families, kids, and beginners. We drift live bait through hot spots like Alcatraz and the Berkeley Flats to hook California halibut (5–30 lbs) and striped bass (5–20 lbs). These fish hit hard and taste even better.

Rockfish & Lingcod

Limits: Rockfish – 10, Lingcod – 2 per person
Looking to fill the cooler? Our rockfish and lingcod trips are all about fast-paced action and big yields. We fish coastal reefs using bait or jigs to pull in colorful rockfish (like vermilion, yellowtail, and black cod) and toothy lingcod that can top 25 lbs. These trips are ideal for stocking up and having a blast doing it.
